Statement
The Jane Kahan Gallery was established in 1973. In addition to FADA, is a long-time member of the International Fine Print Dealers Association and of the Appraisers Association of America. Specializing in modern art, the gallery presents an outstanding collection of works by European and American masters.
In addition to fine paintings, museum quality prints and sculpture, Jane Kahan has always been known for Picasso ceramics and rare modern master Aubusson tapestries. In 1997 Jane Kahan Gallery opened an additional exhibition space currently featuring an important collection of modern master tapestries.
Jane and her husband, Alexander Kahan, have worked together since the 1960’s to establish galleries of distinction in the field of 20th Century art. They are regarded as a leading source of knowledge for other dealers, museums and collectors alike.
