The sixth state of ten; from the working series Tête de jeune fille. Mourlot calls for two trial proofs of the first state, 18 artist reserved proofs of the second to ninth state, and 18 artist reserved proofs and 50 signed and numbered works of the tenth and final state. This is one of the 18 reserved artist proofs. Brush drawing and scraper on stone was used to print this lithograph on Arches velin. Created November 12, 1945.
